The 1752/63 Moravian Smithy, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Period Reconstruction of Working Blacksmith and Locksmith Shop in the Moravian Quarter of Historic Bethlehem. Operated as a Living History Site by Historic Bethlehem Partnership, an Affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution. Architect: David Scott Parker Architects of Southport, Connecticut.
Fritchman Residence (ca. 1800), Springtown, Pennsylvania. Kitchen and Sunroom Addition to Federal Era Residence. Architect: Benjamin L. Walbert Architects and Planners of Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Bachmann Publick House (ca.1752), Easton, Pennsylvania. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Structural Stabilization and Complete Interior and Exterior Historic Restoration of Colonial Era Tavern. Partially funded through a Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, Keystone Historic Preservation Grant. Operated as a Living History Center by Easton Heritage Alliance. Children's Home of Easton / Firmstone Mansion (ca. 1860), Easton, Pennsylvania. Exterior Restoration to Victorian Era Residence. Work included Reconstruction of Bay Windows, Balconies and Porches, and Copper Roof Replacement. Easton Hospital Community Care Center, Easton, Pennsylvania. Interior fit out for outpatient community health center. Parsons-Taylor House (ca. 1758), Easton, Pennsylvania. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Interior and Exterior Restoration.
Moravian Waterworks (ca. 1762), Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. National Historic Landmark recognized as the first municipal pumping system to provide drinking and washing water in the United States. Operated as a Living History Site by Historic Bethlehem Partnership, an Affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution. Pelligrini Residence (ca. 1910), Easton, Pennsylvania. Extensive Interior Restoration of Revival Style / American Beaux Arts Residence designed by noted Architect William Michler and located in Easton's College Hill Neighborhood.
Paul Residence and Carriage Barn (ca. 1830), Easton, Pennsylvania. Complete Interior Restoration, Including Period Moldings and Casework, New Kitchen, and Stair Construction among Numerous Other Components. Carriage Barn Conversion for Loft Apartment Space.
Harrington Residence and Garden House, Tinicum Township, Pennsylvania. Multiple Additions to Converted 19th Century Schoolhouse Residence. Design and Construction of Gothic Styled Garden House.

Phoenix Hose Company (ca. 1857), Easton, Pennsylvania. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Interior and Exterior Restoration / Rehabilitation of 19th Century Firehouse for Commercial / Retail Use.
Miller Residence Springfield Township PA. Circa 1770. Interior finishes project for an addition to Eighteenth century Pennsylvania vernacular style farmhouse. Project was noteworthy for exclusive use of Eighteenth and Nineteenth century moulding and scrub planes to fabricate, shape and process by hand all wood finish material. Finishes include mouldings, casegoods, period salvage material, as well as numerous built-in-place components. Design: Alan Miller, renowned American furniture restoration expert.
Nain Schober House Bethlehem PA. Circa 1740. Public/private funded initial phase work to early log structure constructed by Moravian settlers to house native Americans. Relocated from it’s original site to the Bethlehem historic district in the Nineteenth century, the structure will ultimately be restored for interpretive museum purposes. Scope of work to date includes structural wood and masonry stabilization as well as supply of period custom millwork components. Structural engineer: The Martinson Group, Easton PA
Moravian College South Hall Bethlehem PA. Circa 1840. Federally funded restoration project that restored existing historic original window frames, sills, sash and ornamental sheet metal window hoods.
