Laman Carriage House, Finesville NJ. Circa 1860. Large Victorian era carriage barn that accompanies an original Reigel family home. A phased restoration project whose first phase included extensive temporary support and shoring enabling for the complete replacement of its foundation, floor system and lower wall sections. Many other building components were restored to their original appearance. Subsequent phased work will include window, siding and roofing work, as well as restoration of its’ distinctive cupola.

Heyer Mill. Bushkill Township PA. Circa 1840. Multi-phased restoration of early 19th century grist mill into residence. Initial phases include structural stabilization as well as reconstruction of eaves, gables and association wood components. Later phases include reconstruction of deteriorated sections of exterior masonry bearing walls as well as all related interior and exterior finishes and systems required for conversion into a single family residence.
