Ballantine Mansion, Bernardsville NJ. 1904 Country estate constructed for famed Brewery family. Complete replacement of massive structural columns and other structural and aesthetic components. 30 inch diameter fluted columns constructed of Spanish cedar, measuring over 20 feet and weighing in excess of 1200 lbs each were used to replace deteriorated originals. Extensive shoring was required to accomplish this challenging project.
